Our team wants to make sure you love your product as much as we do. If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your KYSEK purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. For products purchased directly from a KYSEK authorized dealer, their return policy applies – please contact them directly for more information.

You can return your product(s) up to 30 days from the original purchase date. All merchandise must be unused/unworn and returned in the original packaging. Please include a copy of the original receipt of purchase, if possible. A full refund for the price of the merchandise will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-14 days. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly. Replacement items for all KYSEK Ice Chests and Trekkers will incur a $39.95 Shipping Fee.

All transactions will receive only ONE warranty claim. No refunds will be given on merchandise returned after 60 days of the original purchase date. In addition, we do not accept returns or exchanges on merchandize that has been personalized such as tumblers with company logos, monogrammed canvas bags, etc. Please contact the KYSEK customer service department at 855.385.8800 or returns@kysek.com to set up your return.To avoid any delays, please include a copy of your original receipt with returned merchandise. This return policy only applies to products purchased directly from KYSEK Ice Chest via phone, warehouse, or website.

The KYSEK warranty does not include any manufacturing responsibilities for any incidental or consequential damage from the use of the cooler. If the warranty does apply the manufacturer will repair or replace at KYSEK’s discretion.

KYSEK reserves the right to change products and designs without acquiring any obligation to incorporate such changes into already completed product, or those in the property of dealers or consumers. Products repaired or replaced within the terms of this warranty may or may not incorporate these changes.

Damaged must be returned directly to the KYSEK Distribution Center, in the original box or similar cardboard packaging. A copy of the original sales receipt and the Return Authorization Number(RA#) must be included with the product.

Proposition 65, officially the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, is a law that requires warnings be provided to California consumers when they might be exposed to chemicals identified by California as causing cancer or reproductive toxicity. The warnings are intended to help California consumers make informed decisions about their exposures to these chemicals from the products they use. The California Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) administers the Proposition 65 program and publishes the listed chemicals, which includes more that 850 chemicals. In August 2016, OEHHA adopted new regulations, effective on August 30, 2018, which change the information required in Proposition 65 warnings.
